Description

  • Lead execution of data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Plan, present, and implement media strategies and channel mixes based on market research and historical campaign data.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets with daily, weekly, and monthly pacing to ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on performance metrics.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance optimizations without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies including AI and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms; experience with TikTok and YouTube preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager and third-party tracking/attribution tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results (leads, CPA/CPL).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience presenting strategies to clients or stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with media buying and planning tools; familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus.
