Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Plan, present, and implement media plans and channel mixes across clients.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Analyze historical and live campaign data to inform media mix, performance projections, and optimization decisions.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets, maintain daily/weekly/monthly pacing, and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Conduct market research to identify effective media channels and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation) to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or supporting B2B services/recruiting for software development firms.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Proficiency with media buying and planning tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools and staying current on platform updates (preferred).
