Description

  • Execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels and inform media mix decisions.
  • Analyze historical and real-time campaign data to project performance and inform optimizations.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing.
  • Track and report key KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation tools) and incorporate them into media strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or working with B2B services/recruiting for software development firms.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Must have experience with HubSpot.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams; comfortable working remotely across Latin America.
  • Familiarity with media buying and planning tools and a willingness to stay current on AI/automation and platform changes (preferred).
