Description

  • Design and execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Plan, present, and recommend channel-specific budgets and media mixes based on research and performance projections.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Analyze historical and ongoing campaign data to track key KPIs (leads, CPA, CPL, engagement, web traffic, form fills) and inform optimizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets with daily/weekly/monthly pacing to keep campaigns on schedule and within financial targets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation) to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services/recruiting for software development firms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager and other campaign management/attribution tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient with media buying and planning tools; familiarity with AI/automation tools is a plus.
