Description

  • Design, plan, present, and execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Analyze historical and ongoing campaign data to inform media mix, performance projections, and optimization tactics.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets, maintain daily/weekly/monthly pacing, and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels and audience segmentations.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation), and incorporate learnings into campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms; experience with TikTok and YouTube is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency with media buying and planning tools and familiarity with budget pacing and optimization techniques.
