Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze historical campaign data to inform media mix, performance projections, and channel selection.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets, maintain daily/weekly/monthly budget pacing, and ensure campaigns remain on schedule and within financial targets.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation tools) and apply learnings to campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns focused on measurable results.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Experience with media buying and planning tools and familiarity with budget pacing and bid management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfort using or evaluating AI and automation tools for media optimization (preferred).
