Description

  • Develop full-stack applications across back-end services, data storage, and modern web frameworks.
  • Build and maintain software using Python, Django, Flask, React, and related open-source technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on a variety of consulting projects.
  • Deliver high-quality applications that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Apply strong software engineering practices, including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and testable code.
  • Work within SaaS and corporate environments on meaningful, fast-paced projects.
  • Use CI/CD and development tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, AWS, Vagrant, and Fabric.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer using open-source technologies.
  • Strong experience with Python and/or other object-oriented languages.
  • Proficiency in back-end services, data storage, and modern web frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, testable code, and algorithms.
  • Experience with SaaS products and corporate environments is a plus.
  • B2B financial services or asset management experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask and Django, plus SQLAlchemy.
  • Experience with databases and tools including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, React, Knockout, Git, Vagrant, Fabric, Docker, AWS, and Jenkins.
