Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using modern web frameworks and back-end services.
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data storage solutions.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Write testable, maintainable code following strong software engineering practices (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
  • Collaborate with product teams, clients, and cross-functional colleagues to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in consulting engagements across a variety of client projects and domains, adapting to different tech stacks.
  • Use DevOps and developer tools to containerize, deploy, and monitor applications on cloud platforms.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design, and support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer using open-source technologies.
  • Strong experience with Python and/or other object-oriented languages.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development including back-end services, data storage, and modern web frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, testable code, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Python frameworks and libraries such as Flask, Django, and SQLAlchemy.
  • Experience with databases and keyed storage: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and working with ORMs.
  • Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks like React and Knockout.
  • Experience with developer and deployment tools such as Git, Vagrant, Fabric, Docker, and AWS.
  • Experience in SaaS products, corporate environments, and B2B financial services or asset management is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America (remote-first position).
