Description

  • Configure and optimize customer accounts to establish a strong foundation for AI performance.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to improve output quality and alignment with customer goals.
  • Serve as the primary service advisor for customers and provide regular performance reviews and monthly deliverables.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations through presentations, dashboards, reports, and written narratives.
  • Partner with product and account teams to share customer insights and improve roadmap planning and service delivery.
  • Create enablement materials such as best practices, case studies, and onboarding resources.
  • Monitor trends in AI, marketing analytics, and AEO/GEO to keep customers informed and support Bluefish's positioning.
  • Interpret key data to identify optimization opportunities and support ongoing account performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing, data-focused role such as technical account management, consulting, or analyst work, or demonstrable analytical experience within a SaaS company.
  • Experience in data analysis and optimization, ideally in a SaaS or AI-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies and recommendations.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, accounts, and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field preferred, and may substitute for customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model behavior is a major plus.
  • Native French-language skills preferred and native English-language skills required.
  • Background in SEO, digital marketing, marketing operations, or conversion optimization is preferred.
