Description

  • Manage a portfolio of informatics products and projects.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Apply SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices across the portfolio.
  • Lead large, complex projects and manage programmatic resources.
  • Manage project financial performance and evaluate resource needs.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with informatics leaders, Agile teams, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and adjust delivery to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics.
  • Expertise in clinical informatics and experience managing diverse IT projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience leading high-performing Agile teams and sustaining organizational change.
  • Experience with the full systems development life cycle, enterprise network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, and management practices.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with VA/VHA or government/civilian agencies is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.
