Description

  • Design, develop, and optimize CVML models and training pipelines for perception tasks such as segmentation and depth estimation.
  • Own the full ML development lifecycle from initial prototyping through production-scale deployment on edge and cloud systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate perception models into the autonomous tractor initiative.
  • Evaluate and improve model performance through implementation, testing, and analysis across large-scale datasets.
  • Apply machine learning and computer vision techniques to real-world autonomy challenges in agriculture.
  • Contribute to system safety and performance in challenging production environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience developing high-performance ML systems.
  • Experience training and optimizing DNNs for segmentation, depth, and related perception tasks with large-scale datasets.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of vision and deep learning fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Experience building and deploying full-stack ML pipelines, from data ingestion through model deployment (preferred).
  • Edge deployment or real-time optimization experience (preferred).
  • Experience with CVML and robotics projects (preferred).
  • Experience with multi-view geometry or SLAM (preferred).
  • Experience in vehicle autonomy (preferred).
  • Experience with metrics implementation, analysis, and dashboarding (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ROS or ROS2 (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $113,000 to $202,000 per year.
