Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to drive net new business and exceed revenue targets.
  • Coach reps to connect product features to business outcomes, financial impact, and fundraising goals.
  • Identify deal risks, remove obstacles, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Build a culture of accountability, self-development, and high performance.
  • Use analytics and qualification frameworks to improve decision-making and pipeline accuracy.
  • Recruit and onboard Account Executives who demonstrate grit and ownership.
  • Partner with other sales managers to standardize a value-based sales motion across the organization.
  • Audit discovery calls and reinforce revenue-focused discovery practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-performing Account Executives in a high-inbound environment.
  • Track record of leading high-velocity sales teams to revenue growth and quota attainment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with other sales managers and drive team-centric selling practices.
  • Experience coaching sales reps on discovery, qualification, and value-based selling.
  • Ability to work in a permanent, full-time, fully remote position.
  • No Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available at this time.
  • Experience in a sales organization focused on nonprofit or mission-driven customers is a plus.
