Description

  • Participate in the on-call rotation and resolve incidents and operational issues.
  • Enhance and optimize deployment strategies and workflows.
  • Maintain infrastructure and perform ongoing system upkeep.
  • Configure monitoring and alerting to support application uptime and reliability.
  • Apply coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains to advance the engineering roadmap.
  • Support internal developer experience through effective processes and tooling.
  • Manage multiple technology stacks and switch context across projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience.
  • Understanding of owned systems and relevant industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD practices and automation tools.
  • Experience with AWS and Linux or Windows server administration.
  • Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor in daily work.
  • Ability to explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple technology stacks and priorities.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $98,000–$130,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
  • Fully remote, full-time position within the U.S. and select Canadian provinces.
