Description

  • Promote best practices for using, sharing, and applying knowledge generated by BCI research programs.
  • Coordinate and support knowledge management improvements across the organization.
  • Build networks and working relationships that embed knowledge management into strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize the value of newly generated knowledge and expertise in climate technology policy and regulations.
  • Contribute proactively to knowledge-sharing forums and model effective knowledge-sharing behaviors.
  • Develop knowledge management policies and strategies that preserve access to corporate knowledge during organizational and technological change.
  • Ensure captured knowledge is managed in line with organizational information management standards and lifecycle requirements.
  • Develop innovative methods for acquiring, maintaining, and managing knowledge, including project summaries, video capture, and case studies for partner governments.

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and work flexibly across professional and operational boundaries.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work.
  • Good knowledge of archive, file, and database management.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to turn management ideas into practical organizational solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle critical situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business management or a related discipline, or working knowledge in knowledge management.
  • Understanding of knowledge or content management approaches, principles, and digital tools.
  • Ability to develop knowledge management strategy and objectives.
  • Experience building constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently and with teams to drive projects using initiative.
