Description

  • Oversee directorate-level projects from development through successful execution with directorate officers.
  • Support principal executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to cross-institute project initiatives.
  • Improve internal processes and coordinate organizational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior executives and division heads on company climate, volunteer well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff in resolving volunteer concerns when needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with volunteers to support responsiveness and operational effectiveness.
  • Support special projects with Directors and Senior Executives and help define new operational strategies.
  • Act as a general program manager by handling inquiries, developing action plans, and preparing and disseminating internal communications.
  • Represent the Director-General in external liaison work.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, research, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Highly versatile, efficient, and productive work style.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Experience with data analysis is desirable.
  • Consulting experience focused on operations management is desirable.
  • Strong project reporting skills with inter-departmental communication experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams using personal initiative.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a business or executive management role.
