Description

  • Drive AI-first development by using AI-assisted tools to accelerate code generation, testing, and delivery.
  • Design and maintain scalable financial data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Architect, build, and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications.
  • Use SQL, PL/SQL, and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JSON to connect enterprise systems.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and automate financial workflows to reduce manual operational overhead.
  • Translate accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, data engineers, and integration teams on finance technology transformation.
  • Support enterprise solutions across Oracle Fusion, in-house applications, integration platforms, and enterprise LLMs.
  • Advise on Oracle native AI capabilities while also contributing hands-on code and fixes.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Strong proficiency in relational databases and advanced SQL/PL/SQL.
  • Experience working with web services and integration formats including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and turn technical debt into automated processes.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java (nice to have).
  • Experience with peripheral financial modules such as Tax and FCCS (nice to have).
  • Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms (nice to have).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Data Engineering, and Integration teams.
  • Comfort operating in a player-coach role, both advising stakeholders and working directly in the code.
