Description

  • Lead Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across the Central Region.
  • Set regional sales strategy and drive execution against revenue and productivity goals.
  • Refine territory models, optimize go-to-market plans, and improve operational rigor.
  • Build a high-performance, competitive sales culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Spend significant time in the field co-selling, coaching, and demonstrating product expertise.
  • Develop consultative selling practices that connect Square's ecosystem to seller outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting, and sales productivity.
  • Improve systems, tools, and playbooks to help the team scale more effectively.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Product to align regional and national efforts.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading regional or field sales teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or payments environment.
  • Proven success exceeding regional revenue and productivity goals.
  • Track record of building high-performance teams with coaching, accountability, and excellence.
  • Strong product acumen with the ability to position complex solutions across multiple product lines.
  • Ability to use data to guide decisions.
  • Deep operational expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move fast, stay resourceful, and operationalize what works at scale.
