Description

  • Design and own the end-to-end enablement journey for Channel Sales teams from first touch through ongoing mastery.
  • Build a premium, scalable learning programme for Independent Consultants, Partners, and Resellers.
  • Create innovative learning formats that improve understanding and speed to action.
  • Translate complex product, pricing, and go-to-market information into clear and empowering learning experiences.
  • Establish the frameworks, standards, and best practices for enablement at scale.
  • Own the communications strategy for Channel Sales across launches, updates, and partner townhalls.
  • Plan and orchestrate product and feature launch communications that drive action.
  • Build a communications engine that can scale as the IC programme grows.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to align enablement with business priorities.
  • Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve programme effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing learning experiences in a sales enablement environment.
  • Proven track record of building enablement programmes from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise in learning design principles with evidence of innovation.
  • Experience enabling Channel Sales, such as partners or resellers, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex product or commercial information into clear learning experiences.
  • Track record of building scalable systems and processes that maintain quality while growing fast.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance structure and creativity.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building new programmes from scratch.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills across all levels.
  • Bias toward action and iteration over perfection.
