Description

  • Own projects end to end with engineering from problem definition through design, build, QA, and iteration.
  • Design cohesive product systems, including architecture, component reuse, and how features fit together.
  • Collect, synthesize, and apply feedback from debt advisors to inform priorities and validate shipped work.
  • Shape user experiences for AI-powered lender matching, deal analysis, and outbound intelligence.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, founders, and capital advisors to explore ideas and build prototypes.
  • Develop and ship internal builds and product iterations with a small senior team.
  • Take features from initial problem statement through a shipped product.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, libraries, and related tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with software engineers.
  • Deep experience taking features from problem statement to shipped product.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, libraries, and other tools.
  • Experience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Framer, Claude, code, or similar tools.
  • Strong written communication skills in a mostly async environment.
  • Early-stage startup experience where you have owned outcomes is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or other platforms with complex data and workflows is preferred.
  • Experience building with AI for prototypes, synthesis, recommendations, matching, or generation is preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure without over-engineering is preferred.
