Description

  • Source, work, and close new leads within decentralized franchise seller relationships that are not currently using Square.
  • Uncover new seller accounts within broader corporate franchise relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Support inbound leads generated through marketing and sales efforts between the Account Management and Seller Corporate teams.
  • Understand customer needs and align Square’s solutions to help sellers achieve their business goals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and features by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a strategic and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Account Manager or Senior Account Director to develop growth strategies for franchise sellers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a strong customer experience across Square.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong interest in business operations and strategy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for how new technologies can better serve small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and providing feedback on evolving processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on improving how sellers are supported.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $59.09–$88.61/hour in Zone A, $54.90–$82.40/hour in Zone B, $52.02–$77.98/hour in Zone C, and $47.26–$70.91/hour in Zone D, depending on location and market conditions.
