Description

  • Plan and execute Blinq’s event presence, including logistics and on-brand attendee experience.
  • Research, identify, and engage high-potential prospects before key events.
  • Prospect, qualify, and pitch to attendees live at events to generate pipeline.
  • Drive post-event follow-up, next-step actions, and performance reporting.
  • Share insights from event performance to improve future event strategy.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to align goals, messaging, and tactics.
  • Represent Blinq as the primary in-person contact at key events.
  • Create strong first impressions and convert initial conversations into follow-up opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in event prospecting and surfacing qualified leads in person.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation, targeted outreach, and booking meetings.
  • Ability to create pipeline from scratch through live and pre-event prospecting.
  • Strong in-person sales skills with the ability to hold attention and move conversations forward.
  • Ability to read the room and sell effectively in unscripted settings.
  • Cross-functional experience working with brand and marketing teams.
  • Creative instincts for standing out and sparking memorable conversations.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office; remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

  • $70,000 - $90,000 OTE, with willingness to negotiate for the right candidate.
