Description

  • Plan and execute Blinq’s event presence, including logistics and on-brand experience.
  • Research, identify, and engage high-potential prospects before key events.
  • Prospect, qualify, and pitch attendees in person to generate pipeline.
  • Drive post-event follow-up, next steps, and performance reporting.
  • Share insights from events to improve future outreach and event strategy.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and brand to align goals, messaging, and tactics.

Requirements

  • Experience with event prospecting and surfacing qualified leads in person.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation, targeted outreach, and booking meetings.
  • Ability to create pipeline from scratch through live, unscripted conversations.
  • Strong in-person sales skills and the ability to read the room and hold attention.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with brand and marketing teams.
  • Creative instincts for finding new ways to stand out and spark conversations.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the office, with remote flexibility available for the right candidate.
  • $70,000–$90,000 OTE, negotiable for the right candidate.
