Description

  • Develop and own the content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with pipeline goals, product launches, campaigns, and SEO/AEO priorities.
  • Define content themes, formats, and distribution strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to identify high-impact content opportunities.
  • Map content to buyer journey stages and ICPs across top, middle, and bottom of funnel.
  • Own production of written content assets including blog posts, eBooks, email copy, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
  • Serve as the editorial gatekeeper for quality, brand voice, and strategic alignment across marketing content.
  • Create and iterate on repeatable AI-powered content workflows, playbooks, and enablement.
  • Own organic traffic growth strategy through SEO and AEO best practices, and optimize existing content for rankings and conversion.
  • Provide strategic content direction for website pages and write conversion-focused landing page copy and CTAs.
  • Collaborate on webinar themes, write talk tracks and speaker prep materials, and develop promotional and post-webinar content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, PR, paid media, and web development teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that drive measurable traffic, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with a portfolio that demonstrates range across blogs, long-form content, email, and web copy.
  • Experience with SEO tools and strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis.
  • Experience with AEO and how AI search is changing content strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage an editorial calendar and juggle multiple content workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated power-user proficiency with AI content tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with the ability to explain your AI workflows in an interview.
  • Experience building content programs from early-stage to scaled production (preferred).
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or events and payments technology space (preferred).
  • Experience with Pardot/Account Engagement for email content (preferred).
  • Must be located in one of the approved U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
