Description

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including Day 1 readiness, equipment handover and recovery, insurance changes, and documentation.
Oversee equipment procurement and maintain accurate asset records for employees across all locations.
Manage employee visa issuance, renewals, and cancellations; coordinate with PROs and government authorities.
Track visa, permit, commercial registration, and license expiry dates and maintain regional labor-law compliance.
Review and approve country-level payroll inputs, expenses, deductions, and reimbursements before payroll processing.
Supervise regional Operations coordinators and support staff to ensure consistent operational standards.
Manage office leases, facilities, utilities, maintenance, vendor contracts, travel, accommodation, transportation, and insurance provider relationships.
Monitor administrative and facilities budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Document, standardize, and improve operational processes across geographies, including automation opportunities.
Support company reporting, compliance checks, and operational audits, escalating recommendations to the Chief Process Officer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in multi-country operations, office management, or administrative leadership.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Hands-on experience with visa, immigration, and government liaison processes in KSA, UAE, and/or Jordan.
Experience managing medical insurance programs and vendor contracts.
Working knowledge of labor and compliance frameworks across KSA, UAE, Jordan, and Egypt.
Ability to build, document, enforce, and continuously improve operational procedures.
Experience coordinating multi-country payroll inputs; multi-currency payroll experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or operational management systems.
Flexibility to work across regional time zones and working-week structures; very good English proficiency is preferred.
