Description

  • Generate sales leads by prospecting and engaging potential Mid‑Market and Enterprise clients through outbound outreach.
  • Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline, ensuring leads and prospects are qualified and tracked.
  • Research leads, initiate new relationships, and set the stage for Account Executives to advance deals.
  • Identify and respond to potential clients’ needs and recommend appropriate Bitwarden solutions.
  • Follow the sales playbook to guide leads through an Account Executive‑led buying process.
  • Adhere to service‑level agreements on lead outreach and follow‑up intervals to ensure timely engagement.
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels to showcase Bitwarden’s offerings and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience as a Sales Development Representative in the technology/SaaS space.
  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar engagement tool.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar in Enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly and concisely articulate technical information.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, strong time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative team player who shares best practices and learns from others.
  • Demonstrates persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • A 4‑year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be located in the U.S.; the role is fully remote and Bitwarden does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
