Description

  • Own messaging and positioning for V-BAT and X-BAT across missions, customer segments, and global markets.
  • Translate aircraft systems and autonomy capabilities into cohesive, mission-driven value propositions.
  • Create core marketing assets, including sales decks, product briefs, and campaign content.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure clear differentiation and consistent messaging across launches and campaigns.
  • Lead market and competitive analysis and turn insights into positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Enable the sales organization with strategic content to communicate aircraft value to technical and operational audiences.
  • Support product launches and campaigns with aligned narratives and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of direct military aviation experience, such as pilot experience, required.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, autonomy, or mission-based technologies.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Passion for technology that protects freedom and human life.
  • MBA or other advanced technical or business degree preferred.
  • Experience in product marketing within aerospace, defense, or advanced technology preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex technical products preferred.

Benefits

  • $138,000 - $208,000 annual base salary.
  • Bonus eligibility for full-time regular employees.
