Description

  • Own the end-to-end demand-to-value pipeline across Workplace AI, from intake and shaping through rollout, adoption, and value measurement.
  • Partner with business leaders and senior executives to surface needs, filter noise, and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, decision-ready use cases, and a prioritized portfolio of AI initiatives.
  • Lead build-versus-buy decisions, including market scans, vendor evaluation, recommendations, and rollout of purchased solutions.
  • Apply technical understanding of machine learning and generative AI to evaluate vendor claims, assess risk, and shape realistic use cases.
  • Define baselines, success metrics, and ROI frameworks to measure post-deployment business impact.
  • Drive adoption through training, communications, behavior change, and local champion models.
  • Serve as the senior business-facing counterpart to the VP and prepare decision memos and prioritization materials.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team responsible for demand shaping, triage, and business-facing execution.
  • Own the strategic roadmap and budget for the demand-to-value function across multi-quarter horizons.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in business transformation, product, strategy, operations, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional programs or transformations with senior stakeholder influence and behavior-change leadership, including direct people management experience.
  • Substantive technical fluency in modern AI and generative AI, including model training, tuning, evaluation, and practical limitations.
  • Ability to distinguish generative AI from traditional ML in terms of risk, skill requirements, cost, and timeline.
  • Proven track record translating business needs into deployed technology solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong judgment on build-versus-buy decisions, including vendor evaluation, market scanning, and procurement partnership.
  • Experience defining baselines, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for new tools or transformation efforts.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, especially with non-technical leaders and sponsors.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, including hiring and mentoring.
  • Experience in internal AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise productivity programs preferred.
  • Background in consulting, high-growth operating roles, or business-side product leadership preferred.
  • Experience leading vendor-backed implementations and internally built solution rollouts preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management, enablement, and adoption measurement in enterprise environments preferred.
  • Change-management certification or equivalent demonstrated practice preferred.
