Description

  • Manage risks to the effectiveness of the BioCatch solution for strategic customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consulting, incident reporting, and escalation for key customers.
  • Coordinate projects and provide strategic oversight to ensure delivery stays on schedule and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, resource needs, and task ownership.
  • Track milestones and deliverables while identifying and escalating risks to timelines.
  • Communicate customer expectations to internal delivery and threat analysis teams during active projects.
  • Lead remediation efforts for customer issues and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular customer meetings to share product updates, gather feedback, and encourage early adoption of new features.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams across Solutions, R&D, Product, and Engineering.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, provide customer status updates, and support statement of work preparation and effort estimation.
  • Partner with account managers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and present the BioCatch solution externally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-sales consulting experience in anti-money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; candidates with other degrees may also be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with highly technical internal and external teams and translating complex requirements for non-technical decision makers.
  • Expert consultative skills with the ability to collaborate, explore options, and use active listening to understand client needs.
  • Advanced organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests concurrently.
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured approach, meet strict timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills, including soliciting input and feedback, and the ability to manage conflict.
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • Experience using data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues is highly valued.
