Description

  • Serve as the primary consulting, incident-reporting, and escalation contact for strategic customers.
  • Manage risks to the effectiveness of BioCatch solutions and coordinate with Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts, and Data Scientists.
  • Set customer strategy and collaborate with customers to solve business and technical problems.
  • Lead delivery of new customer use cases, ensuring projects meet agreed scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Develop project plans and work breakdown structures; track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timeline risks.
  • Lead issue remediation plans, keep stakeholders informed, and communicate customer expectations to delivery teams.
  • Facilitate regular customer meetings, product-release updates, roadmap feedback, and adoption of product enhancements.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, report customer KPIs internally, and advocate for customer needs across Solutions, Product, R&D, and Engineering.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Work, validate technical feasibility, and estimate delivery effort.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and present BioCatch solutions to customers and at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-sales consulting experience in anti-money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or STEM discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; other degrees considered for strong candidates.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with technical internal and external teams and translating findings for non-technical decision-makers.
  • Expert consultative skills, including active listening, collaboration, and client-needs discovery.
  • Ability to apply data-quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues.
  • Advanced organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests, adhere to timelines, and work effectively with minimal oversight.
  • Strong teamwork, coaching, feedback, and conflict-management abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with accountability, integrity, curiosity, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
