Description

  • Lead marketing spend planning and evaluation across performance marketing, PR and branding, user campaigns, affiliates and KOLs, events, and sponsorships.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing investments, assess ROI, and develop recommendations for executive business leaders.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting of marketing activities.
  • Provide data insights and spending guidance to help marketers shape new or existing campaigns and improve ROI and user growth.
  • Work with complex datasets to ensure marketing activities are properly tracked and measured.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Data, Regions, and Finance to solve business challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across functions to support decision-making and execution.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance supporting a Marketing function, or in a Marketing role supporting analytics and strategy with a Finance background at a large B2C internet company.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience building complex financial and/or operating models.
  • Ability to craft executive-level presentations and write succinct narratives with key points and next-step action items.
  • Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and apply sound business judgment when working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using AI and/or experience with automation is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to quickly identify and methodically resolve potential roadblocks.
