Description

  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Binance’s unified remote workspace.
  • Set organizational OKRs and report progress, risks, and security posture to senior leadership.
  • Own enterprise collaboration tools, including messaging, meetings, calendars, and desktop and mobile clients.
  • Lead productivity tools such as documents, secure mail, tasks, workflows, and forms, including useful AI features.
  • Build an open platform and APIs for internal teams, partners, and bots.
  • Own the global zero-trust access platform and evolve SSO, IAM, service identity, authorization, and network segmentation.
  • Lead secure enterprise adoption of AI assistants and agents, including identity, delegated authorization, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Ensure security by default through DLP, credential protection, auditing, data isolation, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Build and develop engineering, product, and support leadership while recruiting, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • Drive AI adoption, modern engineering practices, dynamic project teams, and clear career and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of software or security engineering experience, including 5+ years managing multi-team organizations as a manager of managers.
  • Track record building and operating large-scale platforms in collaboration and communication, IAM, or zero-trust networking.
  • Deep expertise in zero-trust architecture, IAM, OAuth-based authorization, secrets management, encryption, offensive security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled enterprise workspaces and the security implications of AI assistants and agents.
  • Ability to review architectures across backend services, clients, and networking; proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
  • Experience leading distributed, fully remote teams across time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills with executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience serving both internal teams and external partners, preferably with real-time communication or encrypted messaging.
  • Experience building open platforms or developer ecosystems.
