Description

  • Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools into the daily development workflow.
  • Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend.
  • Act as a full stack seed learner by absorbing full stack practices and growing into an autonomous engineer.
  • Observe cross-team collaboration processes and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
  • Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
  • Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
  • Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience building end-to-end projects in personal, academic, internship, or open-source settings.
  • Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to go beyond assigned scope.
  • Product mindset with curiosity about the why behind what you build.
  • Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
  • Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects are a plus.
  • Cross-platform development experience in iOS, Android, or Web is a plus.
  • Internship or work experience at startups is a plus.
  • Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects is a plus.
