Description

  • Build full-stack features for the new ShareGate Migrate web application.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn user needs into shipped experiences.
  • Integrate Microsoft APIs such as Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and MSAL securely and reliably.
  • Shape technical decisions around libraries, API patterns, code structure, and test strategy.
  • Anticipate technical risks and propose solutions that keep delivery moving.
  • Review code and mentor teammates to raise the team’s technical standards.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality.
  • Contribute to reusable technical patterns that accelerate future feature development.

Requirements

  • 5–15 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment.
  • Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Backend development experience with C# / .NET.
  • Strong technical judgment in a product context.
  • Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver quality user experiences.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily software development.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and ability to constructively challenge product decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an asset.
