Description

  • Arbitrate customer disputes professionally as part of the front line of the P2P market.
  • Investigate trading activity and take appropriate actions to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Create and improve customer service processes that support business goals and objectives.
  • Use customer insight and root cause analysis to identify product improvements and share them with stakeholders and peers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the organization.
  • Provide feedback through 1:1s, personal development plans, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure customer and complainant surveys are conducted continuously to produce up-to-date customer experience information.
  • Share learning from complaints internally and with contractors, partners, and where appropriate, publicly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Strong IT skills for professional use and the ability to handle somewhat technical customer queries.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and strong listening ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
  • Experience as a Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
