Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable backend infrastructure.
  • Manage AWS and AliCloud infrastructure, including performance optimization, cost management, and operational excellence.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, distributed backend systems, Kafka, Redis, and supporting services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Support software engineers with backend service deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations.
  • Investigate production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
  • Apply infrastructure security best practices across production environments.
  • Develop internal DevOps platforms and automation tools to improve engineering productivity.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions to improve service reliability.
  • Research and integrate AI technologies for alert analysis, ChatOps, anomaly detection, automated healing, and operational automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience operating Kafka and Redis in large-scale production environments, including collaboration with developers on code optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS; GCP, Azure, or AliCloud experience is a plus.
  • Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation, such as chat-based operations assistants or AI-driven observability workflows.
  • Experience integrating tools such as Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills.
