Description

  • Handle production incidents and conduct post-mortem analyses to improve system stability.
  • Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka and Redis clusters in production.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support seamless application and system deployments.
  • Manage and optimize AWS and Alibaba Cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
  • Develop DevOps platforms, including online load-testing and change-management systems.
  • Apply LLMs and AI frameworks to infrastructure automation, intelligent alert triage, root-cause analysis, and ChatOps.
  • Integrate AI-driven insights into operational processes to improve reliability, reduce alert noise, and support engineering decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Kafka and Redis operations experience in large-scale production environments.
  • Experience collaborating with developers to optimize application code.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • At least 3 years of AWS experience; GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud experience is preferred.
  • Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or RCA.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation and AI-driven observability workflows.
  • Experience integrating Dify, Agno, LangChain, OpenAI, or similar tools into operational workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
