Description

  • Handle production incidents and perform post-mortem analysis to improve system stability.
  • Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka or Redis clusters in production environments.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications and systems.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Develop DevOps platforms such as online load-testing and change management systems.
  • Continuously explore and integrate AI-driven insights into operational processes to improve reliability and reduce operational noise.
  • Support global operations and data-driven initiatives by helping maintain stable infrastructure for large-scale datasets.

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of hands-on experience with Kafka or Redis operations in large-scale production environments.
  • Experience working with developers to optimize code for operational performance.
  • Proficiency with at least one public cloud platform: AWS, AliCloud, or Tencent Cloud.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, especially Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Bonus: Experience leveraging LLMs or AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Dify, Agno, or LangChain for DevOps automation.
  • Bonus: Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, or RCA.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation such as chat-based ops assistants or AI-driven observability workflows.
