Description

  • Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants across priority industries.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Develop and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants.
  • Design and execute regional expansion strategies focused on high-impact verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to improve commercial terms, profitability, and long-term ecosystem leverage.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and market shifts to refine regional strategy.
  • Track performance against KPIs for merchant growth, acquirer onboarding, and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise-level business development experience with the ability to engage and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-party partnerships.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, with experience in high-growth, expansion-focused environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into partnership strategy.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
