Description

  • Use AI-assisted tools to optimize development workflows, generate code and test cases, tune performance, and summarize user problems for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, production-grade web and mobile applications.
  • Design, build, and maintain applications across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of users.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration with high-performance systems.
  • Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (e.g., React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design) and set standards for future development.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code supported by strong code reviews, automated tests, and performance profiling.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance across devices and platforms, and ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Document design decisions, architecture choices, and development processes to support collaboration and scalability.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in React; familiarity with tooling like Tailwind and Rspack is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Android development using Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, and core components (Activities, Fragments); knowledge of Jetpack/MVVM preferred.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and experience integrating with REST APIs (experience with Retrofit highly valued).
  • Practical experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
  • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case creation, performance analysis).
  • Passion for cutting-edge technology and interest in applying AI to large-scale engineering challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international engineering environment.
