Description

  • Discover, construct, and validate trading factors using market, fundamental, and on-chain data.
  • Design and optimize factor prediction models using machine learning and deep learning methods.
  • Design, backtest, and validate trading strategies, including signal generation, portfolio construction, and risk control.
  • Help build and streamline the quantitative trading strategy pipeline from data and factor research through backtesting.
  • Research emerging quantitative and AI-driven trading methods across equities and on-chain markets.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a master’s or PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, financial engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative foundation, programming skills, and availability for stable weekly internship hours.
  • Strong interest in quantitative trading, with familiarity with factor mining, strategy backtesting, returns, and risk.
  • Proficiency in Python and knowledge of machine learning or deep learning methods for quantitative applications.
  • Experience handling financial time-series data.
  • Understanding of trading mechanisms and data characteristics in equities, futures, traditional financial markets, crypto, or on-chain assets.
  • Strong learning ability, research interest, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coursework, competitions, or internship experience in quantitative research is preferred.
  • Experience with traditional finance and on-chain markets, including DeFi, CEX, or DEX, is preferred.
  • Practical experience with machine learning, reinforcement learning, publications, open-source projects, or personal research in finance or mathematical modeling is preferred.
