Description

  • Own the end-to-end fullstack development process for a variety of user-facing applications.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and create solutions.
  • Optimize applications for strong performance and user experience.
  • Build reusable tools that accelerate development of new applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and operations teams to deliver impactful products.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and other web technologies.
  • Experience developing large-scale responsive web applications for multiple platforms, including low-end mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Some experience with AI agent development tools such as Dify, LangChain, Mastra, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Ability to maintain high velocity and deliver results in ambiguous or obstacle-filled environments.
  • Current university student, recent graduate, or working adult with less than 2 years of working experience upon graduation.
