Description

  • Build and deploy internal tools using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Develop marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools.
  • Replace manual workflows with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking.
  • Ensure accurate event tracking, deduplication, and attribution across systems.
  • Build pipelines connecting ad platforms, backend systems, and dashboards.
  • Apply AI to ad copy generation, lead scoring, campaign insights, and reporting automation.
  • Integrate and automate CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Connect lead capture, CRM workflows, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Ship quickly, test, and iterate based on real campaign data while collaborating with media buyers and operators.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development skills with React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production-level tools and systems.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation systems.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing or ad tech environments, preferably agency or performance marketing.
  • Experience implementing Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API (CAPI), including event tracking, deduplication, and attribution.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting systems for marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and automating CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with paid media metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make is preferred.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and attribution challenges, including iOS/privacy changes, is preferred.
