Description

  • Plan and design security products, technical roadmaps, core modules, and frameworks.
  • Define architecture standards and maintain underlying infrastructure and system architecture.
  • Develop tools, automated delivery pipelines, and on-demand capacity-management solutions to improve engineering productivity.
  • Gather user requirements, deliver client-facing APIs, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Diagnose and resolve backend technical issues to maintain system performance and stability.
  • Tune performance, troubleshoot production incidents, refactor systems, and optimize products for scale and speed.
  • Design and build reusable libraries and frameworks for internal clients to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or currently enrolled in a relevant program.
  • 4-5 years of full-stack development experience supporting large-scale production systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in crypto or security environments preferred.
  • Experience across the full product development lifecycle, with programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Knowledge of mainstream development frameworks, distributed-system components, caching, messaging, and related mechanisms.
  • Experience designing, developing, and tuning large-scale, high-concurrency, highly available distributed systems.
  • Ability to identify business and architecture issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, coordination, stress-management, and rapid-learning abilities.
  • Experience with Web3 security companies or large-scale API and monitoring systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of risk-control products, risk-control APIs, smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security, blockchain explorers, on-chain data scripts, and common blockchain attack vectors preferred.
