Description

  • Lead the design and development of scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
  • Design and optimize complex data models and schemas in MongoDB and other database systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Identify and resolve backend bottlenecks to improve responsiveness and reliability for high-traffic applications.
  • Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to support system security and stability.
  • Participate in code reviews with a security-first mindset.
  • Work in an agile environment and contribute as a mentor to other team members.
  • Support occasional frontend needs using UI frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a track record in backend-heavy roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, including Express.js or Hapi.js.
  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB and JavaScript.
  • Solid working knowledge of React and complex state management.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and managing complex backend workflows.
  • Deep experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Chai, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind or Bootstrap for occasional frontend support.
  • Experience with TypeScript for backend development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP/BTP integrations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases such as Azure SQL or PostgreSQL is preferred.
