Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth across the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain key relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff and provide consultative sales support.
  • Coordinate logistics and solve problems to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Work independently in the field while reporting to the Regional Manager - Oncology.
  • Travel within the defined territory to manage accounts and close business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales track record, including consistent performance at or above goal over multiple quarters or years, or recognition such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, or Rookie of the Year.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work strategically and execute tactically with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and operate independently with an internal drive to succeed.
  • Preferred background: Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year.
