Description

  • Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain key relationships with oncologists and members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Work independently in the field to support sales efforts across the defined territory.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative sales and problem solving.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage the sales process with urgency to close business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, including consistent performance at or above goal over multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Willingness to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Candidates with Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) backgrounds who have experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year, depending on level and experience.
