Description

  • Lead and manage a software engineering team delivering cloud-based and SaaS products.
  • Build, grow, and coach engineers through mentorship and development.
  • Own delivery of a new platform-native module and the services supporting the NHI Governance domain.
  • Partner with product and design teams in an agile delivery environment.
  • Engage in architecture, design, and code-level trade-off decisions.
  • Drive execution, quality, and on-schedule delivery of complex projects.
  • Foster responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
  • Collaborate across technical and business teams to solve identity and security challenges at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to discuss architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
  • Experience leading teams using AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
  • Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers, with AWS preferred.
  • Experience developing engineers through coaching and mentorship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills across cross-functional and business/technical stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-have domain experience in identity security, including IAM, NHI/Secrets, AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and OAuth/OIDC.
  • Nice-to-have experience delivering multi-tenant shared platform services.
  • Nice-to-have experience leading a team through a 0-to-1 module or domain build.
