Description

  • Develop and maintain scalable microservices that support platform-wide capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design maintainable, testable software solutions.
  • Build and enhance services for authentication and authorization, onboarding, RBAC, reporting, auditing, notifications, and platform APIs.
  • Contribute to logging, monitoring, and alerting to improve system reliability and observability.
  • Assist with cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices to improve team efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, support incident response, and help drive long-term stability and scalability.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development and delivering cloud-based or distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability and security.
  • Experience with one or more of C#, Go, Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and cloud-native development principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, analyze issues, and propose solutions.
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional, agile environment with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance short-term fixes with long-term maintainability.
  • Passion for secure, scalable, customer-focused software and continuous learning.
