Description

  • Support multiple concurrent customer implementation projects.
  • Track and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items and owners.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and next steps to customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with onboarding activities including access setup and client scheduling.
  • Support documentation of project processes, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to support issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate project records in internal systems.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through documentation and client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira (nice to have).
  • Experience working in a technology or software delivery environment (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM or PSA tools such as Salesforce or FinancialForce (nice to have).
  • Basic understanding of software implementation or onboarding processes (nice to have).
