Description

  • Lead FedRAMP 20x readiness activities, including KSI interpretation, evidence strategies, and machine-readable outputs.
  • Manage FedRAMP Moderate/Class C continuous monitoring, deliverables, POA&Ms, and deviation requests.
  • Author and maintain SSPs, SDRs, and other human- and machine-readable compliance documentation.
  • Track findings, remediation, and compliance gaps across government programs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, security, cloud operations, infrastructure, legal, and operations teams to gather evidence and validate controls.
  • Support GovRAMP, TX-RAMP, IRAP, and other public-sector compliance programs.
  • Manage relationships with 3PAOs and agency stakeholders.
  • Monitor program health, policy changes, and framework evolution, translating updates into compliance roadmaps.
  • Automate evidence collection pipelines and KSI health tracking.
  • Support program management across concurrent government compliance workstreams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of FedRAMP program management and technical compliance experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in information security, compliance, or GRC.
  • Experience running a FedRAMP Moderate program, including SSP authorship, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and assessor coordination.
  • Deep working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and cloud implementation.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP 20x, KSIs, machine-readable evidence, and continuous assessment models.
  • Ability to define and interpret KSIs for an organizational compliance posture.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional evidence gathering and remediation.
  • Experience building or supporting automated compliance evidence pipelines and using GRC tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify blockers, and maintain delivery cadences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with GovRAMP, TX-RAMP, IRAP, FedRAMP High, or DoD IL4/IL5 is preferred. CISSP/CISA, AI security experience, SaaS experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree are also preferred.
