Description

  • Lead creative direction and design bold, adaptive, intelligent experiences that translate complex business problems into differentiated ideas.
  • Create client-facing deliverables including UI designs, AI-driven interaction patterns, responsive frameworks, prototypes, and visual design systems.
  • Design across a range of surfaces and devices, including digital products, AI interfaces, agentic services, desktops, mobile devices, wearables, and embedded surfaces.
  • Develop high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes for digital products and next-generation multimodal experiences.
  • Craft and present compelling presentations that communicate design thinking, rationale, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Inspire stakeholders through storytelling and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, strategists, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters.
  • Mentor other designers and help foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous AI upskilling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital or interactive design, in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Track record of award-winning conceptual design from vision through delivery.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI.
  • Comfort designing for intelligent, adaptive, and context-aware systems, including LLMs and model orchestration.
  • Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and visual design systems.
  • Motion design ability is a strong plus.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust at C-suite level and energize cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization across platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization best practices.
